Privacy requests

Use this form to ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. Anyone can submit a request — you do not need a converlytik account.

If you telephoned a business that uses converlytik, that business controls the information from your call. We process it only on their instructions, so we will identify the business, forward your request to them, and act on what they tell us. You are also welcome to contact that business directly, which is often faster.

We will email you to confirm we received your request, and we may need to verify your identity before we act on it. We respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need more time. There is no charge, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
